Our prices are calculated per week and per flat with arrival and departure on sunday and they comprehend: cooking area, crockery • airconditioning • heating • fridge • washingmaschine • TV colour with own decoder connection • safe • bathroom with shower and hair-dryer • private beach at 150 meters distance, sunbeds (nr. 2 per flat), sunumbrella (nr. 1 per flat) • closed parking • (nr. 1 parkplace for each flat) • service, taxes VAT • Prices contained in the contract are exclusive of any local administration tourist taxes, which must be paid by the guest, as well as any increases in taxes as set down by law.

GENERAL RULES
Any reservation is valid only when the Residence receive a deposit of 30% per bank cheque payable in Italy or bank transfer or credit card.
Clients have to come at the reception of Hotel Beny, for the registration of the documents and for paying the total ammount left. Keys will be given at this moment. Payment must be done only by cash (up to 999,99 Euro) and by bank cheque or credit card.
At the arrival a deposit of 100,00 Euro will be required.
Flat must be left cleaned otherwise 50,00 Euro will be deduct from the deposit as a cleaning charge.
Flats are available from 4 p.m. untill 8 p.m. of the arrival date until 10 a.m. of the departure date.
Clients who will not occupy the flat one day after the confirmed arrival date and will not contact the reception desk renounce flat and deposit.
The number of the allowed persons must be the one indicated into the booking confirmation.
The management can come inside the flat in any moment and have a control.
Even if the client is not inside autorised staff can enter the flat for repairings and maintenance works.
In case of late arrival or unforseen departure the stay will be payed without any reductions.
Clients are responsable of any damage during the stay and the management will claim damages from them.
At the moment of the reservation any client accept all the above mentioned points.
The request of a particular flat (number, flat, view, etc.) will be observed if possible but not garanted.
Beach service: starting from 15th May aproximately untill 15th September aproximately.
